Repurposing Your Previous Designs To Create New Ones

If you already have a project that you like, such as a design that you shared with others and merely want to change the content or update a similar copy, you may do so by first creating a duplicate of the project. 

This may be done within a project by entering the File menu in the upper left corner of the screen, or in a ‘All your designs’ section. When you open the copy, change the name so that you don’t end up with a bunch of projects labeled ‘copy of’. You may now begin a new design using your prior one. 

Creating The Best Presentations By Using Multiple Templates

The first step in making a Canva presentation design is to choose a template. When you choose a template, you may apply the design to just one slide or the complete set of slides included with the template by choosing ‘Apply in all pages’. 

If you want to add a type of slide that is not included in the template, you can use the ‘Layouts’ option to quickly select and add a new slide type with a specific layout. You can now add presentation contents by selecting ‘Text’ on the left-hand menu, and you’ll see how to add different text boxes. 

To finish up your presentation design, you can use four final tools, the uploads, logos, elements, and style.

Visualizing Data On Canva

Let’s look at how you can use graphs and charts to build a visualization in Canva. Select the design or style you want to work with, then click on the element’s icon in the sidebar to add charts to your presentation. Because these charts are already properly animated, all you’ll need to do is change the data. 

By clicking on the chart bar at the top, you can change the colors, resize the charts, alter the typefaces, and modify the transparency of the chart. Choose a file format for your download from the dropdown menu. Finish by clicking Download.
