Day 3: Enhance Your Canva Projects: Animating Elements and Managing Pages Like a Pro
Adding Animations
To make an animation in Canva, choose an element, such as text, an image, or a set of mixed components, and then click the Animate button above the artboard. This will bring up a display with a number of animation options for you to pick from. By hovering over the animation, you can get a preview of it and then apply it by clicking on it.
Duplicating, And Locking Pages
Click on an element to lock a part of your design Click the lock button on a page to select it, in Canva Editor’s upper lefthand corner. To duplicate pages, select multiple pages, press Ctrl Windows on the keyboard, and click on other pages to add them to your selection. Click the Duplicate page on the toolbar at the top of the editor.
Repositioning And Reordering Pages
It is often necessary to change the order of your pages. You can do this using Canva’s two easy ways, drag and drop pages or use the Page Manager. You can press on the ‘Pages’ button to move Canva pages by dragging and dropping them, in the right side corner of the editor.
You can move the page you want by hovering your mouse over it. Press and hold the left mouse button. You can move the page to where you want it. Lastly, release the mouse button.
